Day 1
Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport by Africa Pride Guide
who will warmly welcome you and facilitate seamless arrival formalities.
After a short transfer to your hotel you will be briefed about you safari.
Depending on the time of arrival e.g if your flight arrives in the morning,
you are advised to have money changed this day. To get to know Kampala,
you can visit some of the landmarks in town with the help of our driver/guide.
Overnight at Serena Hotel, Hotel Africana or Hotel International. BB
Day 2
After breakfast, transfer to Murchison Falls National Park with a stop
over in Masindi for lunch. Proceed to the top of the dramatic falls that
are crashing through a narrow gorge. Enjoy the sunset as you return to
the lodge. Excellent services of Paraa Safari Lodge, Nile Safari Camp
or Sambiya River Lodge. FB
Day 3
After an early morning breakfast, cross the Nile to the Northern bank.
You will be able to spot the Cape buffalo, elephant, Rothschild’s
giraffe, hartebeest, oribi, waterbuck, bohor reed buck, bushbuck, hyena
and lucky enough will be able to see the lion and leopard. After lunch,
go for a boat safari from Paraa to the bottom of the mighty exciting falls.
You will view the largest crocodiles in Africa, hippos, elephant from
a distance, Uganda cob, water bucks and birds like the Shoebill which
is only found in Uganda. Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge, Nile Safari
Camp or Sambiya River Lodge. FB.

Day 4
All day drive south via Hoima to Fort Portal through the countryside and
pass via traditional homesteads and farms. Fort Portal rests in the shadow
of the fabled ‘Mountains of the Moon’. Dinner and overnight
at Ataco Country Resortor Rwenzori View Guest House. FB
Day 5
After Breakfast go for chimpanzee tracking. You will also see and other
primates including l’hoestes, red colobus, blue red tailed and gray
cheeked mangabey. Enjoy the services of our guide who will give you detailed
information on primates, forest, flora and fauna. Afternoon visit to Bigodi
swamp, see other mammals and primates including the rare red Columbus
monkey and the sitatunga. Overnight at Ataco Country Resortor Rwenzori
View Guest House. FB
Day 6
Depart Fort Portal in the morning after breakfast and go through Uganda’s
beautiful scenic areas which will produce the scenic views of the Mountains
of the moon. Have a stop over at the Equator en-route. Proceed to the
Queen Elizabeth National Park arriving at Mweya Safari Lodge in time for
lunch. After lunch proceed for an evening game drive where you will also
see the crater Lakes. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7
After an early Breakfast we’ll go for a morning game drive in the
Park. Expect to see the famous Big Five; Elephant, Buffalos, Lions, Bush
bucks, Kobs, Giant forest hog, Hyenas and Waterbucks.
In the afternoon we’ll take a launch cruise along the amazing Kazinga
channel and you will appreciate the scores of Hippos, Buffalos, and Crocodiles
close to the waterside, if lucky we shall as well view the rare Leopard
prowling. There is a variety of bird species especially the famous Shoebill,
and other migratory species. Dinner and o/n at the lodge.
Day 8
After an early morning breakfast, we transfer to Kampala, with various
stop overs and enjoying the game drive in Lake Mburo national park, if
lucky, we shall spot the Zebras grazing alongside the Ankole long horned
cattle. There will also be time to stop at the Equator for photographs.
Drive to Entebbe International Airport arriving in time ready to catch
your flight back home.
